Full Job Description
PYA is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. This individual will support the Compensation Valuation and Physician Services service line. For more information about PYA, please visit www.pyapc.com/careers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce various client deliverables, including reports, project lists, and proposal letters by formatting, inputting information, and creating text, data, and graphics
- Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing documents electronically; create and maintain projects in workflow software
- Self-review work products
- Maintain project documentation and pull information from multiple databases
- Daily support of approximately three to five managers
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services firm/office setting
- Intermediate-level experience in producing and editing Microsoft Office documents; with an emphasis in Word and Excel
- Familiarity with SalesForce/Financial Force is a plus
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and ownership when dealing with support tasks
- Detail-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in order to balance an array of tasks with competing deadlines
- Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
- Excels in working independently and within a professional team environment with the ability to cover for other Administrative Assistants as needed
POSITION TYPE:
- Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime will be required as needed.
